The SSPA08001200P67P from Haoyi Technologies is a Test Amplifier System with a frequency range of 8-12 GHz. The power amplifier adopts GaN MMIC technology and can work in Pulse Mode, and the maximum duriation is more than 45%. This  amplifier system has a gain of 97-104 dB and a saturated output power of 67 dBm.  The amplifier system has a spurious of -60 dBc and harmonica surpression of 35dBc.
